    Junior sessions - Sunday runs

    During the Autumn there will be a Sunday run from Dovestones or Binn green carpark from 8am to 9am. Please ask to be added to the group email.

    This is a mixed group ages 8 to 14(ish). Activities include orienteering, games and some light training sessions. Emphasis is on running for fun with an aim to getting kids to compete in local x-country and junior fell races when the feel ready.

    Please bring suitable footwear and a cag (in case of rain). the idea is for a steady run out over more interesting terrain.

    If the weather is very bad we will cancel.
