Virtual Christmas Cards - Prostate Cancer Awareness

We are collecting donations through our Club Website for Prostate Cancer. Instead of sending Inter-Club Christmas cards we are hoping that you can make a small donation. Some members have already made some fantastic donations and you can see their messages at the link below. Our original target of £1000 has been smashed, but there is not limit and all donations are greatly received.

I have a great idea for the charity

Because i am a grumpy old sod at christmas and hate sending christmas cards to people at work I have suggested that instead of sending each other christmas cards which I personally find a load of humbug, let's donate to prostate cancer charity.

So have your slogan at work

Don't Send a Card
Be a miserable bastard for christmas
Help a charity and save a tree

Kevin, you beat me to it. I was going to suggest the same thing. So rather than sending a card to you all this year I will be making a £20 donation to the Prostate Cancer Charity for me and Sue and taking this opportunity to wish Happy Christmas to one and all.

Great idea - I'll do the same. My reason has nothing to do with grumpiness, though, it is because I always forget to buy, write out and distribute Christmas cards.
