Regaining fitness
I've discovered I'm really quite unfit so I'm planning to do some speed training over the next few weeks in an attempt to get fit before uni (so I can then lose it all again there). If anyone wants to join in I'm planning on doing roughly the same sort of thing as with the traditional winter runs (hill reps, lamp posts, etc). Tomorrow it will be the lamp posts at 7:30pm but I'm not really expecting anyone to turn up so if you do feel like it can you drop me a text on 07590577507 so I don't set off without you.



Thursday 26th
I'll be at churchill playing fields on the track doing a pyramid session (1x200,1x400,1x800,1x800,1x400, 1x200) with minute breaks in between at 7:30pm. Come along if you're interested

Have you checked out the Fra relays (Oct 17th)? Be good to have you on that or the Calderdale later on (December)

I can't make the fra but I'll probably be able to make the Calderdale depending on the exact date. My legs feel like they are about to drop off. I'm hoping that's a good sign...
