Thanks to all who helped out today. 61 runners out in what was probably 25 degrees on October 1st. Remember this in the deep recesses of your brains.........it will probably never happen again..........you are all part of history on what could be the hottest October 1st EVER!
Tony Greene did the car parking on the hottest Oct 1st.....EVER!
Steve, Tony and Carol marshalled TWO checkpoints each walking between the two on the hottest Oct 1st......EVER!
Roy Bradley got stuck up at Chew Res and gave all his water away on the hottest Oct 1st....EVER!
We had a new member, Nigel who marshalled for the first time ever on the hottest OCT 1ST......EVER!
Colin Bishop won the event on the hottest Oct 1st..........EVER! (proud of you!!)
Dominic Franklin was part of the Saddleworth Team than won the team prize at Ravenstones on the hottest Oct 1st ........EVER!
Jill organised registration in the shade on the hottest Oct 1st...........AND..........helped flag Featherbed Moss on the hottest Friday evening before the hottest Oct 1st......EVER!
Ravenstones Fell Race on October 1st went as smooth as silk and was a dream to organise on the hottest Oct 1st........EVER!!
