Apparently course record for this race is approx 28 mins, today i ran the best i could in 42 mins, thats about 3 mins a mile slower than the record holder, what is so frightening is his average speed was 6.36 mins a mile.................amazing!!
Felt sad looking at the 1990 results my old friend "Blaggers" finishing 20th.
