New Chew - helpers

This years New Chew is on February 26th.

I am busy tidying up permissions and the routes are planned.

I need some help the week before the event and on the day. The down side to helping is of course that it means you can't take part in the event. It would be nice to get as many Sadds running as possible. The upside is a free meal for helpers and the warm feeling that helping run the event inspires.

I need help in:

Before the event
painting control posts, checking dibbers.
Placing controls out. week before.....day before and on the morning of the event.

at the event
call up
registration
kit checkers
Food prep and serving

results
runners
marshalling
hill marshalls
Prize giving

after the event:
Collecting in checkpoints
