Grand Prix Silverware for Sadd's

A massive well done to the Sadd's who took podium places in this years 'Run the Moors' Grand Prix series of races. Over the last 9 months they have competed against members from Radcliffe, Rochdale, Middleton, Rossendale, Astley & Tyldsley in series of 11 races spanning 3 to 14 miles in distance. With the best 4 results to count, Saddleworth Runners are proud to report the following.

V60 Ladies - Brenda Roberts 1st overall

Senior Ladies - Suzzanne Darke 3rd

V50 Mens - Charlie Barlow 3rd

V45 Mens - Howard Chambers 3rd

The four will be presented with their trophies in the annual prize-giving event in December at Marl Pits sports Centre. It would be great to have some Sadd support.
